Review: Funky Giraffe Bandana Bibs

Noah has been teething for quite some time now and at the moment seems to be dealing with it well. You can see movement in his gums but he's not cut his first tooth yet. This doesn't mean we are short on dribble though, he's a dribble monster!

I'm a huge fan of dribble bibs so when Funky Giraffe contacted us asking if we would like to review a selection of their bandana bibs I gratefully accepted. Not only was it perfecting timing as he is so dribbly but I had heard all about Funky Giraffe and really wanted to try them out ourselves.

I was spoilt for choice after browsing their extensive range online. The website is attractive, fun and easy to use. It literally took me a good hour to decide on which to go for as the amount of designs to choose from is outstanding, I've never seen such a selection. I finally decided on the white and blue vertical stripe bandana bib, lemon horizontal stripes bandana bib, green and orange dinosaur bandana bib (now sold out!) see you have to buy them quick! I wanted to get a different range of style and colour as I like to match my bibs to outfits. Bibs need to be coordinated and not only are bandana bibs good for soaking up spit but they can really finish an outfit off too!

On arrival I was very impressed with the quality of the bibs. Not only are the front of the bibs super soft but the back is too, it is fleeced lined to make sure it soaks up all the dribble! This is one of the many things I love about Funky Giraffe because many other bib brands have a soft upper but then cheaper material on the bottom.

Noah is an extremely dribbly baby and these bibs did pass the test. They did keep him dry for a good couple of hours. Now if I put him in his jumperoo it would be soaked within half an hour because for some reason he seems to produce more saliva whilst bouncing around!

What I would think would be great and what would make me love Funky Giraffe even more is if they made a bandana bibs for super dribbly babies. The lining underneath on these bibs could be thicker than the standard bib. As Noah has days where he will go through three or four dribble bibs a day. But that's just an idea!

We love Funky Giraffe and we will be buying many more in the future. At just £4 a bib or 5 for £11 they are an absolute bargain.

- I was sent these bibs for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.
