Mummy & Me - July

How am I writing July's Mummy & Me post already? July has been and gone in the blink of an eye but it's been a great one, full of lots of fun days out and exciting adventures. I chose three very different photo's this month as I adore each one for different reasons.

The photo above was taken this weekend on a long family walk and I just love the expressions on both Noah and Ava's faces, they are such happy children and I look full of pride! The photo's below are both candid shots which Nick took when I was unaware, something I'm very grateful for and something I've been encouraging him to do for a while now. Us Mum's take so many pictures of our children with their Dad's, siblings and other relations but we always tend to be on the other side of the camera! I think the last photo is my favourite this month. I was feeding Ava to sleep, Noah rolled over to cuddle her and fell asleep himself, I think my heart was melting right there and then. Look at them!

  4. Great to see the three of you, happily outdoors. We regularly visit a park to feed the ducks. Nice, good to get outdoors into the fresh air, socialise, etc.

  8. Looks like there were plenty of ducks in the pond when you all went to the park. On our last park visit we were surprised at the large number of ducks :- 26. Then suddenly another one appeared with a brood of seven ducklings. We do so enjoy feeding the ducks on our visit to the park.

  11. Great that you are all managing to get some time outdoors this summer. I found the children enjoy getting outdoors, they have great fun and adventure. Seems always worthwhile trying to get some time outdoors with them, time at the park, days out with friends, etc.

  12. You may well be likely to have the chance / opportunity of more "Mum and Me" times, now that Noah is on Summer holiday from Nursery. Hope you all have fun and adventures.

  13. Mummy and Me, seems like a good opportunity to capture the many activities of daily and weekly life. Children do often like to keep active :- Whether it be with arts and crafts, jigsaws. Or outdoors at the park, Days Out, Adventures, Visits, Etc.

Wishing you all lots of fun and adventures over Summer Time.

  14. Children help to keep you active. Maybe that's why the older generation/s tend to say that children help to keep you young.
