Nothing very exciting has happened this week. Ava's been feeling under the weather so she's not been sleeping much and has been attached to the hip all week. She's just been getting on with it really and as still been her happy little self. Noah's been at nursery and really enjoyed forest school this week. He came home with a stick man that he'd made whilst there, it's so cute! Another for the memory box! Other than that we've just been shopping, had a play date, visited family and have had family come and visit us too. See, nothing too exciting!

What have you been up to this week?

  1. Been visiting Mum. Attending a conference. Had to live in the present, by going with the flow :- As weather has limited / dictated some of our activities / plans and hopes. As we have had cold weather, ice on the car park :- So had to be really careful. As pedestrian there is still a need to cross from one pavement to another, thus I had thought that the car park may have been gritted, for Health and Safety reasons. It was Saturday, so maybe resources were limited. Health and Safety is an important ISSUE, so I think I shall be reporting my concerns.

Snow on Sunday curbed our usual routinue. But luckily gritters out, roads being gritted, and some pavements gritted. Have gone back to reading some library books, as more time at home due to weather conditions, etc.

Looking forward to Spring when milder weather likely. Have enjoyed meeting and chatting to folks when possible. Also met some friendly dogs :- Which is really delightful, as we miss having dogs. We had dogs for many years when growing up in our family units.

Have also spent some time sitting at the window, enjoying the view. As we do have a nice view of the river, etc.

  11. Weather being wet and windy has meant we have spent more time indoors this week. Needed to catch up with some rest, and also workmen came this week to complete a few repairs / snags. So week was productive in different aspects.

  12. Aww look at Ava asleep in her highchair, Mollie loves her food and has never fallen asleep in her highchair, she wouldn't want to risk missing out on dinner, Megan on the other hand always fell asleep just after or half way through her breakfast in her highchair and Connor did too xx
