  1. Exercise, or getting active should be a regular part of daily life. What, where, when and with whom :- As family members may differ in preferences, etc. Young children can be good at getting others involved in being active, as they may well have a sense of Fun and Adventure. A run around the garden, a walk in the park, etc.

  2. Yoga. Seems that there are various forms. Can help ease muscular discomfort through stretching exercises. Can also be relaxing.

  3. Swimming, yes can be enjoyable. Water inviting at this time of year. Though swimming local swimming pools can tend to be busy. Seems maybe there is a need for increased provision, to allow for active swimming for all.

  4. Cycling, a pastime, exercise, hobby. Likely to be some schemes to assist / encourage people to cycle. Cycle paths, Cycle routes should be beneficial:- As Health and Safety is important. Also nice to have somewhere scenic, etc.

    So, so many potholes etc on roads. Hopefully they will soon be repaired, and maintained to a safe, healthy, acceptable, appropriate standard.
