  2. Now that the UK (United Kingdom) have a new Prime Minister :- How will this impact on each individual, group, family, community, society, etc?

Recently there was a tv programme on Margaret Thatcher ( Britain's first female Prime Minister. Conservative party). One episode stated that she was responsible for " Individualism ".

Mrs Theresa May, ( leaving Prime Minister. Conservative party). On becoming Prime Minister stated her job ( maybe she meant task, as there must be many aspects to the job / post / employment) was Brexit. On leaving she has apologised for not completing Brexit.

Now Boris Johnson ( Conservative party). Will he have an aim / objective :- His own, or something which the British public want dealt with ( Prime Minister receive monetary fee / payment / salary via the "Public Purse":- So maybe it should be the public whom the Prime Minister should be answerable / accountable to). Is the Prime Minister answerable to the Queen ( our monarch), as they meet weekly? Just what are the British public to expect in the future? As it is easier to deal with the known :- As time to think, consider, plan, prepare, etc.

Unexpected :- Can lead to crisis, stress, distress, etc. As dealing with the Unknown :- No time to think, contemplate, plan, prepare, etc.

Is it the uncertainty within UK which has led to an increase in ill health, mental ill health, etc? Just how much is this impacting on Society, communities, groups, families, economy, employment, individuals, etc??

Ava, is such a beautiful, innocent child. What is in store for the children, their families, etc within the UK?

  3. Has perhaps Ava recently had one of her childhood vaccination injections as recommended via the Health Service ( NHS :- National Health Service). As she is holding /touching the upper part of her left arm. Around the area where an injection would be given. If she attempting to self - soothe / comfort / ease pain or discomfort by such action. Body language giving such an impression / non - verbal communication.

She also has a dummy in her mouth. Has that been to ease crying / distress. "Actions can speak louder than words". Perhaps someone gave her the dummy in order to pacify her :- Dummy is also know as / called pacifier ( I think that term is frequently used in America).

Empathy :- are we aware of body language and what it communicates? Do we listen to others? Do we act / take action on the concern of others / ISSUES / worries / workload / burden/ needs / inability to take action themself due to disability, lack of knowledge / education / lack of money ( Poor, Poverty)? Lack of Employment, Lack of Social Contacts, Lack of Social Activities, Lack of Energy, Lack of Meaningful Activities, Etc, etc. Or do we just expect for them to be quiet. So that we can have an orderly, mannerly life / lifestyle. As busy enough with own concerns, too busy with own workload, too busy protecting self / own paid employment, etc.

Are we Caring, Sharing, Moral in our Behaviour towards others? Or are we so, so busy we no longer know our neighbour /s, etc. We have no time to consider / consult / be compassionate with others such as neighbour's, etc. Does Society, Communities, etc exist? If not, why not? " Who Will Love My Children" :- A very sad film , based on a True story, starring Ann - Margaret. Certainly worth watching / viewing.

  4. Seeing Ava on her " Ownsome" makes me wonder. Future :- Presently the ' In Thing' within Businesses / Organisations / Authorities / Offices is :- The Open Planned Office. I.E. Many individuals within a common, open area. Somehow trying to concentrate on the work / " Task in Hand". Meanwhile :- What is the level of noise within this open area? How Many Disturbances and / or Distractions are there within this Open Area? How do these aspect impact on :- Quantity of work output ( particularly / especially if this is where the money / profit is made. For example saleable goods produced). Quality of work output ( as this can impact on income from customers. Customers may well want / need / expect Value for Money, Quality Goods, Effective Service/s :- In their opinion. For Example :- Public Services are Funded / Paid for via " Public Purse" / Taxes, etc. Recently on the Internet there was some mention if the Public believed / perceived that the British Royal Family were Value for Money, or were Costing the British Taxpayer too much, especially given the tasks that they do :- Primce Philip himself, apparently used to mention about ceremonies pulling cord to unveil a small simple wall plaque, etc. Perhaps he felt he could have been doing work which would have been more beneficial for other people within Britain. After all he had previously I believe ' Been in the Navy' perhaps)

Hierarchy :- Are Managers, Senior staff provided with an individual office? If so, Why? As what is the reason for having Open Office and Single Office /s? What about Equality and Diversity? Employee Rights??

Are Open Offices having a negative effect on staff / work output / customer or client satisfaction/ stress - Distress. Noise Levels. Sickness / Absence Levels. ??

If open offices are overall beneficial, and there is Equality and Diversity. Then shouldn't all staff / all grades / levels of hierarchy be within the Open Office?

Just what will the Future bring???

What about ventilation, hydration ( access to cool, fresh water), Easy access to toilet facilities. Is it EQUAL ACCESS for all levels of Hierarchy. As these are Basic Human NEEDS.

Will our children have a safe, healthy, inclusive work Enviroment in the Future??? Hopefully so!

  5. Ah! Little Ava looks tired. She also appears to be looking upwards :- Why? Maybe mum or Dad is there keeping a close eye " Overseeing" the little one. Keeping her safe, as if tired, maybe she may be in need of some ' winding down' towards nap time / bedtime. She certainly seems to be looking for something. Maybe the comforting arms of a parent, once available. As possibly finishing off a task.
