On the 2nd of May it's #NationalBabyDay and to celebrate the occasion Zapf kindly sent a doll from their new SS16 range for us to review, the My First Baby Annabell Let's Play. I believe that all toys are gender-neutral and that toys are toys and shouldn't be generalised into genders so I couldn't wait for her to arrive as I knew that Noah would have lots of imaginative fun with her.
My First Baby Annabell is a lovely interactive doll. She suckles from her bottle and once it's empty you can wind her and she burps! You can also tickle her under her arms to make her giggle and if you hold her above your head she laughs wildly. After all the fun if you lay her down she will then close her eyes and go soundly to sleep, ahhh. The My First Baby Annabell is pint sized perfection and would be ideal as a first doll for anyone's child.
The Baby Annabell range is a family favourite when it comes to dolls and it's no surprise as to why. Their dolls are incredibly life like, well made and robust. Their creations focus on the social and emotional bonding side of parenting and encourages both empathy and the sense of responsibility too. It really is a joy to watch your child play make believe and role play with them.
