Review: December Degustabox

We have been reviewing Degustabox for a few months now and are such big fans. When we know our monthly box is on it's way we are so excited. It's such a treat when the box arrives and we are always delighted at what is inside. We are yet to be disappointed with Degustabox and that says a lot with a subscription service.

Subscription to Desgustabox is £12.99 a month and I think it's excellent value for money because what is inside the box each month always exceeds that value. Desgustabox a great way to be introduced to new brands and new flavours.

So what was in our December box?

Bahlsen Choco Leibniz Biscuits x2 – RRP £3.58
Barbeque PopChips – RRP £1.79
Gloworm Drinks x4 – RRP £6.00
Pukka Herbal Tea – RRP £2.39

Bonne Maman Marmalade – RRP £2.30
The Chia Co Oats+Chia – RRP £1.70

Eisburg Non Alcoholic Wine – RRP £3.49

Fylight Infuse Garlic – RRP £2.00

Kent’s Kitchen Meal Kit – RRP £2.50

I really enjoyed Decembers box as it contained such a wide range of different products. My favourite being the Gloworm energy drinks as each one had such a distinctive yet refreshing taste. The Popchips and Bahlsen biscuits also went down a treat because who can turn now crips and choccie biscuits? The box was worth around £25 so it was excellent value for money.

Another winning box from the fabulous Degustabox.

Review: October Nonabox

Noah and I have been lucky enough to review a Nonabox for a while now. We always get very excited when we know that our monthly box is on the way. I am a huge fan of subscription boxes and Nonabox is high up there with the best. It is a must-have for Mum's and Mum's to be and you can subscribe here

So what was inside?

Aden & Anais Star Swaddle – £44.95

         Chilli Peeps 3in1 Spout – £6.50

Bennetts Aqueous Bath Drops – £3.00

Bennetts Baby Bum Creme – £2.69

Nuk First Choice Bottle – £4.99

           Nuk Silicone Soothers  – £5.49

Water Wipes Sample Pack - free

There were 7 items inside Octobers Nonabox and although it did feel a little empty there were some nice products included.

My favourite item by far has got to be the Aden & Anais pink star swaddle.
I already own this particular swaddle in the orange star print and absolutely love it. When Noah was little he was obsessed with it and I did think it would end up being a comfort blanket for him. Not only was it good for swaddling your little one but it also doubled up as a play mat, muslin cloth, changing mat, comforter. I found endless uses for it! I was very happy to see it inside Octobers box as I think it would be a valued product to any Mummy out there.

Overall I was happy with this months box. It wasn't as good as others but it was okay. I look forward to seeing what exciting products are in next months edition.

Review: Nonabox - June Edition

We have been lucky enough to review Nonabox numerous times now and it's a subscription box and company we know and love. I was a little disapointed with last months box but on a whole Nonabox don't fail to deliver so I was very excited to see what was in June's edition.

Here is what was inside

Weleda Baby Oil - £9.50

Weleda Baby Shampoo & Body Wash - £6.95

Weleda Nursing Oil - £7.95

Water Wipes Make Up Removal Wipes - £2.99

Smallprint Magic Inkless Print Kit - £11.99

Ella’s Kitchen - Pork Stew - £2.19

Total - £41.57

I was happy with the items that were in this months box as the majority of the items I will use. I am a huge Weleda fan and wasn't aware they did a baby range so I am looking forward to giving Noah the Weleda treatment.

I am always using Noah's baby wipes to remove my make up so I was delighted to see they had included make up remover wipes in the box. Again Waterwipes are another brand that I love and just like I was unaware Weleda made a baby range I was unaware that Waterwipes made wipes for adults!

It was a shame that no stage 2 foods included as the toddler meal from Ella's kitchen is just going to be wasted but I know that these are just sample boxes. If you sign up online and tailor your box you will only receive items that are suitable for your babies age so you don't need to worry about that.

Considering Nonabox costs £25 a month the box was great value. I wouldn't hesitate in subscribing. If you would like to know more then simply click here.

Review: April Degustabox

I have been reviewing Degustabox for a few months now and each month the box just gets better and better. If you are new to Degustabox, then let me explain..

Degustabox is a subscription box for foodie lovers everywhere. Each month you receive a box full of brand new and exciting food products, all for £12.99. It's ideal if you love to discover new foods and tastes. If you aren't to keen on receiving a surprise you ca tailor the box to your personal preference instead.

Here is what was inside April's box:

Dr. Oetker Cooking Chocolate x2: I haven't baked for a while now but on seeing these Dr. Oetker products in the box it made me want to bake some muffins or a huge chocolate cake.

Crabbies Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer: I was plesantly surprised to see Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer in there. We love Crabbies and my other half didn't waste any time in sampling it. It was divine!

Clearsprings Miso Soup x2: We haven't tried these yet but they do look interesting.

Lindt bars x3: Oh my days. Lindt is one of my favourite brands of chocolate and I enjoyed these way too much. It was nice to see them in bars! Such a rich and creamy chocolate, yummy.

Go Splash: This is a very concentrated fruit squash which can make up to 6 litre's of cordial. Low calories and no added sugar. I received the blackcurrant variety, it's lovely.

Cawston Press: Rhubarb blended with sweet apples and sparkling water. It's a lovely sweet and sugar filled pop. The taste is divine and reminds me of rhubarb and custard sweets. Very high in sugar though.

Keogh's Crisps: I love my crisps and could easily live off them. I hadn't tried Keogh's before and on trying these sea salt and vinegar variety I was very impressed. Quite possibly my new favourite crisps! I just wish there was more than one bag in the box.

Mornflake Granola & Mornflake Muesli: These cereal pots are great for on the go. All you need to do is simply add cold water and they are ready! Perfect for busy mornings.

McVities Jaffa Cake Mini Rolls x2: We received the Tropicool and Berry Burst varities and both were delicious. A great twist on the mini rolls. It says on the pack to pop them in the freezer for a frozen treat.

Again Degustabox haven't failed to disappoint. Each month they just get better and better! A great mix of products and great value for money. I am very impressed! I would hesitate in recommending Degustabox to everyone!
