Generation Graco Ambassador

A few weeks ago a rather exciting email landed in my inbox. The title of the email made me squeal and then upon opening I was so very excited. I'd been contacted by the PR team who represent Graco asking if I'd like to become a Generation Graco Ambassador! For the next couple of months I will be testing out some of Graco's newest products, reporting back on them on the blog and throughout social media. It's all very exciting and I'm so happy to be on board.

As part of being a Generation Graco Ambassador my family and I was invited down to London for a couple of nights to attend the Generation Graco launch event which was hosted at London Zoo. I'd never been to London before so again this was another very exciting part for me and something that we were all looking forward to doing together as a family.

On the morning of the event it was absolutely pouring it down which is just typical of British weather. We didn't let it hinder our experience as we'd packed our coats and thankfully it soon cleared up. The event was hosted in the Maplin Pavillion at London Zoo which was such a light and airy spot, the perfect location for an event like this.

Once we arrived we were greeted by the PR team, representatives from Graco and the other bloggers and their families. They had pastries, fruit and lots of refreshments waiting for us too which was graciously received after a wet and drizzly start to the morning.

Once we'd settled in and had a bite to eat it was time for the demonstrations and talks to begin. I did worry how we'd keep Noah entertained whilst this was happening but the PR team had thought ahead and there was plenty to keep the children entertained from colouring books and toys through to face painting in the afternoon.

I came away from the event feeling like I'd learned so much more about the brand. They focus so much on safety elements and have real family values which I think is a rarity amongst some of the bigger brands these days. I was also really impressed by the the way their products are designed as not only are they practical for our children but also for us parents too.

When the event came to an end we had a couple of free hours to stay and enjoy the Zoo which just made the day even more memorable. The weather had cleared up, we'd had a great day and it couldn't have gone any better! I'm really looking forward to working with Graco over the next few months and sharing my reviews with you.
