Ju-Ju-Be B.F.F Changing Bag - Review & Competition

I love changing bags. I'd go as far as saying that I love them even more than I love handbags, although these days the two are so very similar. There are changing bags on the market that are so stylish that they pass for an on trend handbag and the Ju-Ju-Be changing bags are just that.

A few weeks ago I was asked if I'd like to review one of their B.F.F changing bags and after having a quick glance on their website I almost bit their hand off. Their bags are exquisite and I knew I'd have trouble deciding on what design to go for.

After a few hours of deliberating (I'm being serious, it took me that long!) I decided to opt for the Admiral. This design has a rather fitting name with his nautical anchor design and navy blue material. The gold zips and tags make a gorgeous contrast and totally finish off the look. If anchors aren't for you then you'll be happy to know that the B.F.F is available in a wide range of different designs; polka dots, stripes, camouflage and roses to name a few. There's even a Hello Kitty print!

As soon as I got my hands on this bag I could tell it was a quality changing bag. The material it's made from and the gold lining just screams luxury, it's certainly a bag to show off.
It really is a show stopper. After falling in love with the bags appearance it was time to see if it was practical too. Sometimes when things are aesthetically pleasing they can be all show and no substance, so I was interested to see if it's functionality was as good as it's looks. It was time to find out!

The B.F.F isn't the biggest changing bag out there, it's just the right size for us. It has two different zip compartments (one for baby, one for mummy) as you can see by the two photo's above. The first being the main compartment which has plenty of space for nappies, wipes, a change of clothing, muslin cloths, snacks and a toy or two. Whatever you need for your little one.
The second is a front zip pocket which is smaller and designed to keep your purse, keys, make up and other personal items. It has an extra internal zip pocket and even a little pocket for your phone.

The bag can be worn as an over the shoulder bag but as it also comes with two extra detachable straps so it can also be worn as a backpack. This is a fantastic feature and one that you don't find very often, it's usually one style or the other. I prefer to carry it over my shoulder or across my body like a messenger bag but it's great to know that I can wear it on my back too.

The B.F.F from Ju-Ju-Be is one of their most popular changing bags and I can understand why. Not only is it a gorgeous changing bag but it's also fit for purpose, there's not a single thing that I'd change. I've been using the bag everyday for the past couple of weeks and I'm obsessed with it! I've even used it when nipping to the shops without the kids! The B.F.F. changing bag retails at
184.95 and can be purchased directly from their website.
