Hector & Queen - Review & Competition

As a Mummy and a Blogger I am always coming across new brands and stores and it's something that I really enjoy to do. A new website I recently came across is Hector & Queen. They specialise in the design and production of unique, handcrafted children's bedroom furniture.

As a sister company of Factory Furniture Ltd, they hold over twenty-five years experience in furniture design and manufacture. Their innovative range of handcrafted furniture is characterised by fresh, high quality designs allowing you to create a unique yet traditional look, whilst your child can climb, hide, play, have fun and even sleep, in a safe and secure space of their very own.

Their furniture is created by skilled craftsmen using traditional methods and employing only the finest FSC registered timbers. But Hector & Queen don't stop at just furniture they also sell a wide range of different nightwear, slippers and much more. They were recently kind enough to send Noah a pair of the PJ's and slippers to review.

We were sent the Blue Star PJ's to review and they cost £26. They come in a range of different sizes from 2-3 years to 9-10 years. Though they are a little more expensive than I usually would of paid when they arrived I was so impressed with the quality that I would buy a second pair tomorrow! They are made from organic cotton and are so soft and well sized too. 

We've worn the PJ's a couple of times now and they wash and dry very well. I love the pattern and colour of them and when Noah spots them he shouts "STARS!" I am tempted to buy another pair in the next size up because we just love them so much.

Hector & Queen also sent a pair of their handmade animal slippers for Noah to try out. They let me choose a pair and I couldn't resist Polar Bear design. At first glance you notice that they are absolutely gorgeous but they are more than just a pair of slippers.

Since 1990, Tusk has and continues to play a fundamental role in initiating and funding conservation community development and environmental educational programmes across Africa. The conservation of wildlife remains its key objective to help protect threatened species such as elephant, rhino, cheetah, chimpanzee and gorilla.
