Babyblooms Personalised Bertie Bear & Christmas Stocking - Review & Competition

Christmas is just around the corner and we are more excited than ever as it will be Ava's first one! Noah was just 6 weeks old when he had his first Christmas so it will be a whole different experience this time around as Ava will be 9 months old and will be able to enjoy herself more. Having children makes Christmas special again, it's like you are able to re-live the magic through them, it's wonderful.

I was recently offered the chance to review some personalised Christmas products from Babyblooms and was utterly spoilt for choice when browsing their website. Babyblooms sell an array of products from baby blankets and nappy cakes through to books and balloons. They even sell bone china gifts and christening jewellery. A lot of their items can be personalised but that option is down to you and what kind of gift you are looking for.

With so many products to choose from I have to admit it took me quite some time to decide which product I wanted to review. As soon as I set eyes on the Personalised Bertie Bear & Christmas Stocking set I knew it was the one for us! Who can resist traditional style stockings and a cute teddy bear, both of which are personalised for your child?

The Personalised Bertie Bear & Christmas Stocking set arrived in the most beautiful gift box. It's so lovely that if you purchased this for someone for Christmas you wouldn't actually have to wrap it up, it's a ready-made gift. Upon opening the boxes I literally squealed in delight at what I saw. A perfect little bear next to a gorgeous Christmas stocking was sat waiting.

The Christmas stocking is handmade from luxurious velvet fabric. You just have to touch it so see that the quality will be enjoyed for years to come. I chose the traditional red stocking but it's also available in blue and pink if you want something a little different. You can also have it embroidered with a name (up to ten letters) of your choice. I think that they are just the right size for little ones, not too small or too big. The perfect size for lots of little stocking fillers and an orange or two!

With the stocking comes a traditional style bear named Bertie. He wears an embossed white ribbon bow around his neck with a knitted jumper the same colour as the stocking of your choice. It's also embroidered with the same name as the stocking. The teddy bear is 20cm high and is suitable from birth. He's so soft and snuggly, ideal for lots and lots of hugs.

I can't tell you how much I adore their personalised stockings and bears. I'm so looking forward to bringing them back out in the next couple of weeks as I've put them away for now. I think they'll be a lovely new family tradition that we can do year upon year. Noah and Ava will love cuddling up to their teddy's on Christmas Eve, then waking up to discover what Santa has left in their stockings on Christmas morning.

The personalised Bertie Bear and Christmas Stocking set costs £50.00 and is worth every single penny. It's such amazing quality and would make the most thoughtful gift for Christmas. In fact I think it's going to be my number one suggestion on my Christmas gift guide next week.
