On a whole this week has been pretty rubbish! We've all been really poorly with bad colds. Runny noses, coughs, congestion, nausea, aches and pains, the works! With us all being so under the weather I decided to keep Noah off nursery as I hate the thought of sending a child to nursery when they aren't well. It's not like I have to go to work and there's no choice but to send him either. He ended up being off nursery all week because I want him to be 100% before he goes back. Having him at home has been lovely though and Ava has loved having her best friend at home everyday. He was really good too, even though he was poorly he was being patient with her and they'd play nicely together. With being so unwell we had the laziest week ever, lots of cuddles, games, movies, toys and books! We've had lots of quality time together. As the week comes to a close I think we are all getting better. Fingers crossed!

ReplyDeleteSad that you and the children have been unwell. Seems to be the time of year for viruses, as some friends of ours have been ill with flu. We kept our distance, as do not want to be unwell, or worse still pass any viruses onto others.
ReplyDeleteHad a fairly restful week, think we needed some rest, in order to recover from busy times, etc. Then had a nice meal at Chinese restaurant, quite a few families present :- Which was nice.

Not long now till Ava is one year old. Recently at a 21st, the one year old girl who attended :- Seemed to just love the music. Hope Ava enjoys her First Birthday.
